This was our first 2 nights after a long overnight flight and the location, staff and wonderful animals on the lodge grounds all blew us away. We loved the home-cooked Namibian dinners and hot breakfast. Every staff member was kind and helpful. This is somewhere you should stay at without hesitation.
- The location with the view over the surroundings
- The terrace including a very nice pool
- The lodge is beautiful
- The family room was big and provided all you need
- The kids loved the animal feeding - it was one of their absolute highlights (even if we have seen lepard, cheetah and lion in Etosha before)
- The owner was very friendly
Wonderful place to stay! Feels very luxury, big rooms comfortable beds, very clean, never ending hot water in the showers. Very generous breakfast. Staff went out of their way to help in all sorts. We also had dinner in the lodge restaurant which was very tasty and not expensive.
I had a wonderful stay at Kamaku guesthouse. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, the site is very clean, there is a very relaxing atmosphere and it's located close to local services. Great Wifi too! Secure parking behind a gate. Would 100% recommend and stay at again!
The guest house is situated in a very quiet location, has secure locked parking and a lovely garden with the cleanest swimming pool we have seen anywhere. It was easy to find and upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner. Our room was compact but spotlessly clean and comfortable and had everything we required for our overnight stay. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio in the evening. Breakfast was excellent and included cooked options as well as cereals, jams and toast.
Spacious clean rooms on a property with free-roaming animals, ideally located when going north from Windhoek. Family-owned and run. All very new. The owners chose a very clean style with comes over a little bare after staying in sometimes overly decorated lodges.
Close to Waterberg NP if you have time.
This is a very well run hotel in between the Etosha and Hosea Kuato Airport so ideal for breaking up a 6-7 hour journey.
Unlike some hotels booked online, this hotel delivered in every way. Superb clean quiet rooms, easy parking, safe location with friendly attentive staff that excelled. Lovely pool ... lovely evening meal at great prices for UK visitors. 20 ounce steak for £12 .... really!
Cant praise this hotel high enough.
