Ahmed and his staff are very welcoming and helpful with us. We stayed with them at the start of a bike trip and we came back for our last day.
Food is great and breakfast is solid.
We are grateful to have been shown a side of Marocco and Telouet’s history.

Everything about this stay was excellent. Lounging areas great, showers probably the best we have experienced in Morocco, breakfast superb. Brahim was a fantastic host

Such a nice and cozy place. simple, authentic and convivial, and an exceptionally good value for money. I strongly recommend it if you plan to stay a night in the Atlas during your road trip.
This traditional Moroccan guest house is located in the village of Irocha, in the High Atlas Mountains, overlooking the valley. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and a hammam.

We had the most fantastic time at Maison d'Hotes Irocha, and even decided to book another night there on our way back to Marrakesh.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and makes you feel relaxed immediately! Each and every corner of the place is thoughtfully and uniquely designed, with lots of charm and cozy corners. The terrace gives you an open view over the valley and Atlas mountains! The food is also very tasty and there are a couple easy hikes and walks you can enjoy near by. We would go back anytime, this place truly was a highlight in our trip. Thank you for the warm hospitality and attention to details! All the best.

It was very clean although it’s not the newest. The rooms are clean and can get heated pretty quickly (which we learned was very hard in this time of year-Dezember). The hosts were very kind almost as if you came in to their home. Really lovely and very sweet. Also no weird smells from the bathroom! ☺️

A family-like atmosphere.
Brahim is a wonderfully kind person who warmly welcomes tourists into his home with great care. We had the pleasure of meeting his family, and he treated us to tea and cookies. Morning he showing us around the village. We stayed with him to visit the Berber caves, which Brahim personally took us to. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend staying with Brahim to everyone.

The property is reasonably well maintained. What makes it special is the service provided by the host. The place is extremely welcoming and the host is keen to ensure you stay is as comfortable as can be. The place needs a little maintenance, at least the shower in the room i stayed in but the host granted me another room where the shower and hot water was working fine.

Just the most lovely host ever, who did everything possible to make my stay comfy and wonderful. Extra blankets, exra pillows— I was working a lot while I was there, and he was constantly bringing me tea and snacks to the garden and moving the wifi around so I had access. I was so sad to leave, it felt like a home and they felt like a family. The house itself is an old rambling home that's crumbling a bit, but architecturally stunning with beautiful touches. The whole thing has an old world charm to it, that I found so lovely, protective and soothing. Even in winter, the gardens were wonderful. I will miss you so much and thank you for everything! I will be back.

Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
We loved everything about this place: its location in the middle of Atlas mountains, far away from the civilisation, traditional, stone architecture of the house, cosiness and traditional design of the rooms, delicious maroccan dinner and breakfest, but most of all the hospitality and kindness of Ibrahim who made our stay an unforgettable experience. Thank you Ibrahim for the time you had for us and for taking a fully proffessional care of all our needs. See you next time!
We booked this room last minute, on our way to desert. Location might be a litlle tricky to find - don't get scared of outside, because inside and the host are very nice.
They made us delicious dinner.
Overall good place to stay.
Outstanding location, very close to the kasbah, this castle-shaped auberge dominates the valley. In the calm of the evening you may hear the muezzin from three or four villages in the vicinity. Unique experience.
The location is nice if you want to see the Kashbah and the place itself had a lovely view from the shared balcony. The breakfast was really nice and the owner very friendly.
