The location is across the street from the fishing harbor and a couple of sitting areas which filled with locals each evening. The hotel room is air conditioned. In complete fairness - for the price I got exactly what I believed available. When I left I thanked the clerk and gave a tip. My remarks below are for others to know a bit more specifically. The hotel is not what is portrayed on Booking. But it is an inexpensive hotel in south Sri Lanka run by kind people who will try to make you happy if you ask.
