The location is truly right on the beach, with a jetty or white sand to sit on. There are some other people around, but not many. This is quiet than some of the other nearby beaches. It's a short walk to see the fishing boats return

The peace. The garden and the amazing views to the lake, full of birds and boats. The manager was super kind and helpfull

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location is so beautiful looking over the backwaters. A unique location and experience. I highly recommend!

Sajith and his family are exceptional hosts and lovely people. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are squeaky clean and very newly appointed. Some small additions, like a kettle and some more comfortable seating in the communal lounge and we would have moved in full time.

Great ambience, overlooking the Vembanad lake. Very tasty vegetarian food, great massage, beautiful boat ride and great hospitality. Really enjoyed the stay

The main highlight is Warmth and sweetness of the host . They are very helpful and kind. We went during Christmas so they took us to church and showed us the celebration on Christmas Eve. The family even treated us with home made wine and plum cakes . The authentic homemade fresh food they treated us with made us all cheat on our diets.:D They helped us plan our daily travel plans and even helped us with local contacts . Be it Beer or food or any other things we need at any time, uncle helped us everytime . The language and culture gap between us and the locals was filled by the host. They are warm genuine kind people away from falsehood. You can trust them while you stay. Lastly I would highly recommend this place to those who like beaches and enjoy a serene and peaceful environment.

Our recent stay at Anandam Stays was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped by the premium feel of this beautifully designed homestay, which effortlessly combines the traditional charm of Kerala with modern amenities. The attention to detail in the décor was nothing short of magnificent, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The 3BHK accommodation was not only plush but also thoughtfully arranged, showcasing a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Each room was tastefully decorated, reflecting the rich heritage of Kerala while incorporating the conveniences we desired. It was a delight to unwind in such a serene environment after a day of exploration. A standout aspect of our experience was the warmth and hospitality of our host, Shri Ramachandra Panicker, a retired IAF officer. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. To our surprise, he patiently waited for us until 11:30 PM to guide us to the homestay and personally welcome us. His kindness and dedication to his guests were evident from the start. Ramachandra ji also took it upon himself to facilitate our plans for temple darshan and my son's Annaprasham ceremony. He even entrusted a friend to assist us, which truly showcased his commitment to making our stay comfortable and fulfilling our cultural needs. One of the highlights of our trip was the Kerala Sadhya that he arranged for us. Even though unplanned but we had the pleasure of enjoying this authentic feast with him at his home on the ground floor. The flavors, the variety, and the warmth of sharing a traditional meal with our host made it an unforgettable culinary experience. Additionally, I must commend the flexibility of the hosts. They kindly extended our checkout time without any additional cost, a gesture that emphasized their dedication to guest satisfaction.
