A great stay with even greater hosts. Giannis and Asimina are the most hospitable and friendly hosts and, obviously, a great source of information for what to do around the area. They have done a great job at building a welcoming and relaxing environment which families will greatly appreciate.
Extra bonus points for the cute dogs (Koko and Drapetis) and chickens in the farm.

I really couldn't recommend Dora's Kakovatos Guest Rooms more. We stayed for 9 days as a family of 4. The owner, Dora was such a lovely, kind, thoughtful and attentive owner. Although she didn't speak English and we didn't speak Greek, she regularly checked in on our family, gave us fresh fruit from her trees and even baked us a family recipe cake! Her son, (who spoke fluent English) was helping with the rental and was great, really helpful and accommodating. We were given tips about the local area and felt we could ask them for anything.
Ideal location, with 10 minute walk the a beautiful, relaxing beach with crystal clear waters, a quaint, small and friendly village, 3 minutes walk and a safe, family friendly feeling neighbourhood. The room itself was great, compact, but perfect for what we needed - kitchenette was great for cooking, air con, which saved us in the heat, very clean and two terraces (front and back). Surrounded by beautiful, well kept garden, with fruit trees and lovely flowers. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely little shared house. Large kitchen, good bathroom. Pretty clean and cool. Secure and the dogs that the owner had rescued were all lovely. Definitely an excellent budget option. Bike or car needed as public transport not an option but plenty of parking at the house

It's 2 bedroom apartment with TVs and air conditions in every room. The kitchen was small, but there was a coffemashine (tabs included), stove, oven and utensils.
The host was very nice. We had a special request once and the next day it was settled. Communication was totally uncomplicated.
We could use Netflix, Playstation in a living room.
There's also a private garage for a car, a backyard with a terrace, grill (coles, utensils included) and a small treehouse for kids.
Jacuzzi is not included in the price and cost 20€ per day.
It's just 5 min by car to the beach. The beach was great and clean.
