They have welcomed us with some jam and wine from kos and help us with anything we needed during our stay. Plus, the location is perfect for kite lovers. Very near to different kite spots so you cant miss the wind. Kos city is at 15 min by car, were you can easily park in a free parking, so its perfect. We recommend it!

Wifi has a quite strong signal so we could keep connected. There is a mini fridge and you can cook and eat there. Also there is a terrace with a table and chairs. Good Aircon. Location is near to the beach and quite close to Kos town. We had a car so we can't coment on the public transport. There are plenty of car, scooter and bike rentals around the area. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants.
