Roin Guest House, hotel in Grigoleti

Offering a garden and garden view, Roin Guest House is set in Grigoleti, less than 1 km from Grigoleti Beach and 2.6 km from Ureki Beach.

I stayed in Roin Guesthouse for 9 nights because I needed some safe space to do my stuff, and it was a perfect place. It is located close to the road and to the bus stop if you need to get to Batumi or Poti. Also the sea is very close and the beach is almost empty. The accommodation is modest but I was ready for this - please read the description of the place before you make a reservation. The owners are very lovely and friendly family, we established a very good relationship. One more nice thing was that it was possible to stay with a dog. There also some pets at the property - cats, dogs, birds. So if you want to relax you can just sit on the terrace and observe the life. I also enjoyed the bakery in front of the property, if you need some food, you can always grab some local pastry there. Thank you very much, Roin and all the family, I hope to see you again in the future.

Right on the beach, yet secluded away from. Crowds and noise. This hotel is located at the end the sand beach and easy to find a place to yourself. And if you prefer the crowds and bars and cafés, just a short walk down the beach and you can enjoy all the facilities. This hotel was very clean, modern and very cozy. We stayed only one night but we will return at some point for a longer stay. We had a room with a direct view of the sea and adjacent balcony was available to our room which had a table and chairs with a full view of the sea and the sounds of the waves and wind in the tall pines... simply hypnotic! Morning coffee on this balcony was awesome and evening after sunset was very relaxing at the end of a busy beach day. The host and staff treated us with exceptional hospitality and all our needs were met. And there is even a kitchen available to prepare your own meals if you need. We were happy to use the microwave oven.

It’s a nice property with a very warmhearted host. The location is great, it takes you only five minutes to walk to the beach. We visited Ureki in late September, so it was not crowded and very quiet: an ideal place to rest from bustling cities. The host was very helpful and understanding: the day we checked out she let us keep our stuff in a free room and also allowed us to use the facilities (take a shower after going to the beach) for free! I strongly recommend this hotel for a nice and chill stay in Ureki.

    Let us start by saying that the location is great. Right on the beach. And the rooms are spacious and - at first glance - seem luxurious. Also, there is a Cinderella type girl - the only one who speaks a little English - who seems to do all the work and is very sweet. Unfortunately she was bossed around during the sparse moments that the owner(?) was there.

    The location is unbeatable, with the sea almost in the yard of the house, offering stunning views and easy beach access. The interior of the hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. The host was exceptionally attentive and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

    We likes it there a lot. House is very nice and rooms are spacious aand comfortable. Kitchen was big and well equiped. Location was perfect for us - it is really close to the beach (with magnetic sand), there were no crowds of tourists, the neigborhood is calm, so we had a really good stay.

    The hotel is really beautiful, fanstastic location and the beach would have been fine (if the weather would have been good). Rooms are stylish and very clean. Dinner in the neighbor hotel is very good. Sleep with the sound of the ocean. Beach not crowded.
