Everything. The picture of the cabin is misleading since it actually is one of the finest places we stayed in CR. Loved the sunny balcony in the back from which you can enjoy watching a variety of birds and breathtaking sunsets. The hosts are delightful and went out of their way to show us monkeys visiting the property and bringing home baked delicacies. It's a little paradise off the beaten track.

    Super nice place with great food. Lots of space, greta for kids to play to run around and see animals. Pool is huge for swimming and there is a small pool - ideal for kids.

    The rooms were basic but spotlessly clean. Perfect for a night stop over between Liberia airport and la Fortuna after a late flight. Food was delicious and good value, and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and coped with my poor Spanish with great patience! Secure parking.

    Well equipped for taking care of eating, drinking and we were so grateful for the laundry facilities. Everything was well kept, although the armchair in our room could do with being replaced. Nice restaurant in walking distance called Canaveral. Secure parking for our hire car. Good location to travel to Monteverde (80mins) for the day. Friendly family run apartments.

    Loved the deer, agouti and monkeys freely roaming the property. Like an oasis once leaving the busy main road. We stayed two nights heading home via Guanacaste Airport. We were glad that we stayed two nights as location was perfect being next door to a river that provided rafting, which was excellent and on the other side of the hotel was the Puma Sanctuary, also worth a visit. Staff here are all very attentive and helpful. Altogether a great stay

    The staff was very nice and the place is environmentally friendly. That was the first place we visited who was not using single use plastic, had their own well with clean water and solar planels. The location was great with everything you need at close walking distance and safe parking space for the car. Perfect place for a quick stop.
