The room was lovely! Fantastic view of Cooma. It was clean and had everything we needed. The reception staff member was so friendly and helpful! The location is close to shops but not right in the middle of town so it's fairly quiet.

    Great location. Clean and served the purpose for an overnight stay. It was one of the cheapest places to stay, and for the price it was fine. Often low cost hotels have poor lighting. We were pleasantly surprised to have good room lighting. We'd stay again.

    the room had everything and was fantastic for the price. It was our second stay there and will happily stay again . The location is great walking distance to everything. The staff and owners are very friendly. The room was very clean and equipped with the basic , tea and coffee and even hot chocolate. a few biscuits. iron, ironing board, mircowave and mugs and teaspoons provided .
