The entire place is very clean and new. The landlord even decorate the building with xmas decorations and place complimentary bath salt for guests to take at the lift lobby area. While being an airbnb apartment, we can see landlord or caretaker adjusting xmas decoration, emptying the trash and topping up the trash bags frequently. Can see that the landlord has made great effort in maintaining the apartment. The washing machine in our apartment is easy to operate and we love the laundry drying space in the bathroom via warm heater. It provides us with so much convenience to wash and dry the laundy at ease. Location is also conveniently located near walking distance (est. 5 to 8 mins) to Shin Okubo station and Shin Okubo Station is just 1 direct station from Shinjuku station! Plenty of Chinese and Korean restaurants and convenient shops. Love the apartment, location, amenities and everything!

A recently renovated property, Section L Kuramae - Asakusa is situated in Tokyo near Kuramae Jinja Shrine, World Bags and Luggage Museum and Komagatado. My daughters and I loved everything about our stay at the Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Close to markets and local stores. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, especially when it was our first time in Japan. We stayed at the hotel for 16 days it was home for us and the staff were like family to us. Will definitely be staying at the hotel in the future. Not to be biased but Ken was our favorite staff member, he booked us cabs, wrote out a map of what trains to catch and where we needed to go. We miss Ken and his friendly smile already. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel 100% .

Located in Tokyo, KLASSO Tokyo Sumiyoshi Apartments offers accommodation with a balcony and kitchen. This apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was in a great location! Walking distance to many bus/train lines, grocery, convenience stores and good. Best hot tub on our trip by far. Love that there was a big table for us to eat at together, most of the other places we stayed didn’t have anything like that. We loved our stay!
