Located in Gojō, the recently renovated お宿さつき奈良五條 offers accommodation 29 km from Subaru Hall and 37 km from Tanpi Shrine. Wonderful experience of Japan outside of the cities. Easy to get to by train. Incredible views. There were bikes to hire which was wonderful. We spent a day visiting Koyasan in the mountains which is an absolute must. Amazing Japanese restaurants walking distance. Shogo and his wife are incredible hosts and go beyond expectations of any hosts. Helpful, perfect English and Japanese, great communication skills and very helpful and nice people. Beds are super comfy. Well worth the experience, and it snowed the day we left. Magical place.

Situated in Nara, less than 1 km from Nara Station and 18 km from Iwafune Shrine, Yuzan apartment Sanjo offers a garden and air conditioning. Gorgeous authentic old Japanese house very well located in the heart of Nara and very close from shops and key locations (in a calm street). The house is beautiful, very big and has everything needed for a short or a long and comfortable stay! Everything is very clean, facilities are convenient and well equipped. The owner is very kind and helpful, great communication and warm welcome! So far my best booking on this app and my favorite place to stay in Japan, I 100% recommend it!

ツバメハウス is located in Tenri, 28 km from Iwafune Shrine, 30 km from Higashiosaka Hanazono Rugby Stadium, as well as 31 km from Takochi Shrine. The owners were so accommodating and friendly. They gave me a very warm welcome, and when I left, suggested a nice hiking route (山の辺の道/Yama no be no michi) which I did the day I checked out. 10/10

Located within 1.3 km of Nara Station and 19 km of Iwafune Shrine, SLOW HOUSE NARA provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Nara. Slow House was exactly what we needed for a relaxing time in Nara. Time to slow the pace of our journey a but and take it easy. Hiro-san and the team are very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are super clean and lovely throughout including a handy kitchen in the communal area. The room is one of the largest I’ve stayed in in Japanese hotels to date. Very much appreciated and just a 7-10 minute walk from the Kintetsu Nara train station. Wonderful! ありがとうございました🙇🏼‍♂️✨

Located 1.8 km from Nara Station, 18 km from Iwafune Shrine and 22 km from Higashiosaka Hanazono Rugby Stadium, Guest House Oku provides accommodation situated in Nara. This is the best place I have stayed. I miss the people I met there - both hostesses and guests. They gave me free sake drinks and we sat in the common room, chatting about our travel and our life. It felt like home. Nara is a beautiful place too, so that was such a good memory, I really appreciate it. -- Yuyu

Kotono yado Musashino offers accommodation in Nara, and is located a 11-minute drive from Nara Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line. AMAZING !!! we had a lovely night in this ryokan, the staff was so nice with us, the room is beautiful, the dinner was very good and the breakfast in the park was wonderful !!!!

Wakasa Annex features an outdoor hot public bath and free WiFi. Other facilities include a 24-hour reception, drinks vending machines and free parking. Todai-ji Temple is only an 8-minute walk. One of our favourite hotels in Japan. The room was spacious, had a spectacular view and a private hot tub on the balcony. The onsen was lovely (you could open the windows for fresh air). The location was fantastic but the star of the show was the food - amazing. The dinner was a multi-course treat with a superb menu in a private dining space. High quality fine dining experience. The staff were also exceptionally helpful.

La pintoresca pensió d'estil japonès Hotobil B&B 潤 An inn that enjoys breakfast es troba al centre de Nara, a 10 minuts amb taxi de l'estació de tren JR de Nara. exceptionally large & private space -- ie, the whole 2nd floor -- in a relatively simple & authentic ryokan ... with ample parking, laundry facilities & a quite tasty breakfast to boot. the sweet hostess (w/good english) is extremely accommodating & very kindly went out of her way to send my forgotten shoes on to one of our next hotels. a totally comfortable place to stay in a quiet neighborhood
