Nextdoor Homestay is the perfect guesthouse for your Yogyakarta trip. The location is easy walking distance to so many points of interest and the decor of the guesthouse is adorable - special touches of plants and color everywhere. The breakfast was delicious and the most memorable part was the staff - Yuni and Lisa were so incredibly helpful in assisting us with booking all of our tours, transport, and recommending local restaurants. Very easy to get Grab Taxis as well

We felt so welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Jali was so accommodating to all our needs. He made us feel comfortable. We settled in the pool after our 8 hour train ride and he shared snake fruit liquor with us. On our last night after we spent the day visiting temples he made us homemade burgers and fries 👌 the best I ever had. We love Jali and everyone at the property during our stay ☺️ would highly recommend his place!

Our stay at Bhumi was absolutely amazing! The place is located in a quiet and beautiful area, just couple of minutes walk from the temple. We intended to stay for only one day but ended up extending. The staff was wonderful and super helpful. We borrowed bicycles and went for a ride around the village and they helped us to arrange transport to the city and get to the station. They made everything easy and comfortable for us. The food was also amazing. The facilities are clean and beautiful exactly as on the pictures.
