Situated in Tunis in the El Fayoum region, The Roof by Barefoot in Tunis has a garden. This guest house features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. Excellent facilities, very comfortable and clean and decorated with an eye for detail. It had a fabulous ceiling too! We enjoyed our private balcony as well as the communal rooftop areas. The hosts were friendly and super responsive and provided great information for getting the most of our visit.

I've stayed here a few times and will stay again when visiting Fayoum. I am a U.S. solo female traveler that frequently travels to Egypt. The owners of this guesthouse are the kindest and helpful. It's private , close to tourist attractions, yet the right distance to still feel more private. The food is also amazing! I love it here so much that I pay more than asked because I don't feel it's enough for how I'm taken care of.

I stayed at Tzila Lodge for three days with my wife, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was so delicious—every meal felt like a special treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The atmosphere at the lodge is super calm, making it perfect for relaxing and getting away from the busy world.
