Away from the hustle and bustle of town, there was so much wildlife right on our doorstep from monkys in the trees, Toucans, lizards and frogs. Primo who runs the place is an absolute gentleman, provides a great and plentiful breakfast and is incredibly helpful. I can't recommend this place enough.

Apartamentos Caimán 3 menawarkan penginapan di Tortuguero, 5-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Tortuguero. Caiman 3 is a nice, clean little apartment. They also have larger ones, Caiman 1 and 2. Best of all was the owner Carlos and his son Steven, who were more than happy to show their guests around Tortuguero, arrange trips, and everything else one might need or be interested in; Carlos would help arrange it promptly! Highly recommend this place!

It was clean and comfortable. Keeler, the owner, was very helpful with everything. He recommend cafes, tours and shops to visit. He was very quick with responding on whatsapp.

The hosts, Oscar and Karen, were superbly welcoming and friendly. Our favourite stay in all of Costa Rica! Quiet clean rooms with comfortable beds, individual A/C in our room, private bathroom and good shower. Safe and private. Well-equipped kitchen and a delightful covered patio to relax. We spotted a variety of birds, iguana, and a far off monkey from there. Easy walk to stores, restaurants, the boat dock, and the Tortuguero National Park. Oscar has his on boat with a quiet trolling motor, and he gave us an early morning boat tour of the National Park canals. He’s wonderful guide at spotting wildlife- many birds, spider monkeys, caiman, lizards.
