Location to Central Station is fantastic. 10 minute walk to the heart of Amsterdam (Rembrandt Square or Nieumarkt). Spacious and clean boat. Sitting up top for a meal overlooking the water was phenomenal. Host was flexible with dropping luggage and check in/out. Not recommended for mobility impaired.

The boat was located in theOude Havn with its own character. The surroundings of the old town with the canals were nearby.Sleeping was very comfortable on board, listening to the water at night . Also the breakfast was perfect.

Room was too big. Bed was too comfortable. Perfect lighting. Amazing hospitality. So friendly and helpful owner. Breakfast was delicious. I would recommend it to everyone want to be in a quite area far from the stress of the city!

We had a really fantastic stay in Ruud’s boat-he was a superb host, very communicative and met us on the boat to show us how everything around and to make sure we had everything we needed. The boat itself was incredibly comfortable and had all the mod cons including a coffee machine, dishwasher, Bluetooth stereo, tv etc. Ruud has put a lot of thought into the planning the boat to make sure guests have the best experience. The location was spot on, really quiet but very central and close to everything, perfect for exploring Amsterdam. We really couldn’t fault it and will definitely stay on the boat again if we visit Amsterdam. It was a truly unforgettable trip!

Located in Amsterdam, 200 metres from Anne Frank House and 1.2 km from the centre, Prince Royal B&B provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. We loved our stay at this houseboat and hope to stay again one day. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, had everything we needed and the location is fantastic. Communication with the host was always really easy and a pleasure - we loved absolutely everything about our stay here and would highly recommend. Note (as highlighted by the host) the ceilings are low in the bedrooms so if you're not able/comfortable to bend this would not be ideal but was not an issue for us - we loved the novelty of it.

Natasja was really responsive and helpful any time we needed anything. And the location was great! Monnickendam is a beautiful town and Amsterdam was an easy bus/metro ride away.
