The location is superb. The grounds have thoughtfully placed seating. The complimentary tea and coffee is great. The room was attractive and the bed very comfortable. The owner told us how to behave if we came across a bear when we were out walking.

Set just 35 km from Bear Mountain State Park, Villa Verde B&B, bsm, Greenwood Lake, NY provides accommodation in Monroe with access to a garden, a bar, as well as private check-in and check-out. The location is peaceful, the property is immaculate, looks brand new. We had the downstairs room & it was beautifully decorated with all amenities one could want. The bed is so comfortable, the shower delightful! Breakfast was better than any restaurant brunch with such a beautiful presentation. Eva, the proprietor, was so communicative & accommodating before & when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Warwick area.
