Set within 700 metres of Fayetteville Town Center and 2 km of Bud Walton Arena, Dickson Street Inn features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Fayetteville. We stay here as often as we can. Love the victorian charm of this historic house! We always look forward to sitting on the deck looking out over the excitement on Dickson Street. We love that we're in the middle of the action with great food, drink, and entertainment, only a short walk from our room. We also look forward to the cozy, relaxing bed! The mattresses are so comfortable that (according to my watch) I get more and better quality sleep here than anywhere else - even my own home. My wife and I are introverts, so we like the fact we can book, check in, and check out without ever talking to anyone if we don't feel like it. However, if you need anything, the staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Whenever we visit Fayetteville, we always try to book here first, and we've been lucky enough to always get a room. We're already looking for upcoming events so we can book our next stay!

Cliff Cottage Inn in Eureka Springs provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Check-in at the Cliff Cottage in still adheres to no-contact, which worked out just fine. There were plenty of instructions and notes to give us the information we needed (although it would have been nice to meet our lovely hosts). Breakfast was served to our room in the morning, and it was hot, tasty, and exactly the right amount. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch and the Zelda theme room made us want to learn more about Zelda Fitzgerald - especially loved the quotes of and about her to round out the experience.

Situated within less than 1 km of Eureka Springs Historic District and 2.5 km of The Great Passion Play in Eureka Springs, All Seasons Treehouse Village features accommodation with seating area. I loved everything about this quaint and cozy home away from home! It exceeded my expectations for the price. The location is close to the park and downtown. This is by far my new favorite getaway for some much needed R&R❤️❤️❤️

Cedar Street Lodge is offering accommodation in Mountain View. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. It was close to the square and it was so precious!! We enjoyed it so much♥️

Luxury Cabin with Fishing Pond-Hot Springs is located in Pearcy. With free private parking, the property is 24 km from Magic Springs Crystal Falls and 45 km from Ponce De Leon Golf Course. This cottage was the epitome of casual elegance, from the pastries to the bedding, to the shower, which I could've stayed in for an hour! We spent one day exploring the town, lake, restaurants, and were able to relax at one of the bath houses that features the hot springs. We were there for the eclipse, so everything was a little crowded, but very well organized. The day of the eclipse we stayed away from town and the crowds, and experienced it by the pond, on the lawn right outside our front door. Our hosts were very accommodating, and made us feel like VIPs. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place!

Bigfoot Hideout is set in Winslow and has a plunge pool and garden views. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Our host, Sha, was so friendly and nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The property is conveniently located near hiking trails and beautiful views.

Inn at Rose Hall provides a hot tub and free private parking, and is within less than 1 km of Eureka Springs Historic District and 3.4 km of The Great Passion Play. Beautiful landscaping and very charming room
