The place is amazing, our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The yard is an awesome place to relax and drink you coffee with the hanging bed stealing the show.. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful and when we had to leave early in the morning we had our breakfast packed for us! Totally recommended ✨️ We will definitely come back!

The pool the outdoor garden the atmosphere so welcoming you feel like you are at home! Cecil and Marley are so welcoming and they helped by storing my luggage while I went on a safari and also arrange to drive me to Kilimangiaro Airport which is pretty far. I enjoy spending time in the Garden & pool and have a beer even though my stay was short it was great. Also they made dinner the night I was there and it was vegetarian and it was one of the best dinner I had during the trip! Also both dogs are the cutest! Thank you so much!

My friends and I loved Mina Chai House and it was the highlight of our time in Arusha-- we even booked a second stay after our safari! The location is secure, the rooms/beds are super comfortable, and everything is spotless. Seriously, whoever cleans this house should get a raise. Zena, the manager, is a very warm person and made our stay feel like we were at home. We also had dinner at the property made by Asha and it was delicious (and they make it spicy if you ask, unlike a lot of places for tourists!). Stay here if you can! Even my friends who are used to luxury hotels said this place was lovely and wanted to come back a second time.

The staff was friendly and catered to all our needs. They have a safari company so helped us organize our safari to Ngorogoro and Serengeti National Park. And how can I forget the nicely made breakfast. Can't wait to come back on my next visit to Tanzania.

What a wonderful stay! The place is the top Notch...Damas and the staff gave us the warmest welcome. The place is a dream and we could have stayed there for hours watching the river flows . The staff is so friendly and helpful and Ally ,the chef, is a fabulous cook! The lounge and dining are immediately relaxining. We loved everything but what really makes it extra special is the warmth of the people. We highly recommend it to everyone staying in Arusha before and after safari.

I had a fantastic stay at OYA Guest House! The serene environment, with the calming sound of birds singing in the morning, made it a truly peaceful retreat. The house is impeccably clean, and it’s clear that great care is taken to maintain the property. A special mention goes to Jacky, whose amazing service and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay—I definitely recommend OYA Guest House!

When I visited the very first time, I Wonderd if I would find anything better but when I stumbled upon this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. It was a perfactly splendid royal palace experience! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Quiet, clean, and beautifully organized. A must visit and stay place. Looking forward for my next stay! I just loved it!
