Clean and big room. The food is very good and the restaurant is cozy. The location is right in the middle of a nice,busy but not too loud area in Khao Lak. All the transport for tours can pick you up at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place!

O Bania 813 House oferece quartos em Khao Lak, perto da Praia Bang Niang e do Memorial do Tsunami - Rue Tor 813. The property is located in the quiet side street off the main road so the noise is minimal. The check in was completed via WhatsApp prior to arrival so we were able to use our room straight away without delay. You get your personalised pin to enter into a lock and get the key to the room -which is attached and always stays by the door- so you never have an opportunity to lose it. Everything was clean tidy and new. Had no issues.

Cozy and quiet retreat in tranquil Khao Lak! The bungalow was spacious with a fridge and sink, but no ability to cook. The pool was a great way to cool off. Cleaning every morning. 15 min walk from the beach. 7/11 down the road (400 meters) and a delicious local Thai restaurant on the way (100 meters). The owner was very kind and friendly and spoke English. He let us store our bags for a couple hours after check out. Plus, he has lots of kittens!!

Peter was very accommodating! It's such a great bungalow. This place was beautiful. I'm so happy we stayed here for a quick visit. We rented a bike from this place to visit the beaches near by. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. We loved taking a quick dip in the pool after our long day of beach hopping. 10/10 recommended

Great apartments! Close to the main road and the beautiful beaches of Khao lak! The owners Paul and Nana are super friendly and helpful! Scooter rental is available for a very good price. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen :)

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us out’ eg they organised a private taxi to take us to our next destination at half the price we’d been quoted, the villa colina is situated on a very quiet road,but only minutes out of the main town’ also a fantastic restaurant right next door that cooks great food with nice music being played every night. I would recommend this resort ina heart beat, also a lovely clean swimming pool with diving lessons provided if required, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future ❤️👍

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had many options and was super tasty! The staff was attentive and friendly and made sure we had a comfortable stay! Recommended
