The hosts themselves get 10/10...really lovely couple who had surprisingly good level of English, fast to answer questions, made everything relaxed and uncomplicated. There was an open fire in the living area (which for a little extra cost) which was a lovely option to have. Comfortable sofas there too. I appreciated the offer of (paid) breakfast in their next door building (but didn't take it up). The place is a very short walk to the bottom of the piste area - great when you have kids struggling to carry their skis. Not too far to walk to the main street either.

The room is spacious with a lovely mountain view, the breakfast (buffet) in the morning was lovely and the staff were very friendly. It was also great to have your own parking space based on your room number and the location was perfect as a very short journey into the centre of Karpacz.
