Urpi Wasi Backpackers, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Puno, 300 metres from San Antonio Church, 500 metres from Plaza de Armas Puno, as well as 400 metres from Huajsapata Hill. The beds were super comfortable. I like that they provided female dorms. Giovani was so helpful and nice. He helped me book my tours. The breakfast was simple but nice.

An amazing and unforgettable experience. Mario and Julia were the best hosts. They showed us all over the island, answered all questions in detail and are just one of the nicest people we have ever met around the world. The island is a magical place, rarely any disturbing noises, just nature and an tranquil lifestyle. The nature is absolutely stunning. If you come to the island make sure to stay at least 1, better 2 or more nights to fully discover the island and to give your mind and soul a proper reset! Rooms were very comfy with 24h electricity and in our case a hot shared shower. You can eat lunch at the local community restaurant and Julia will make breakfast and dinner for a very reasonable price. Local crafts can be bought directly from them or from other families at the main square.These products can not be found in any other place! Just make sure to bring enough cash as there is no ATM on the island and only one little store accepts card payment. If you are in Peru or in Bolivia make sure to spend at least 2 nights here, you will not regret it!

Boasting inner courtyard views, Casa Panqarani features accommodation with patio, around 500 metres from San Antonio Church. Lovely hidden house with charming garden. There is a cosy cafe at ground floor and spacious rooms upstairs. Breakfast was great and Ursula was really an excellent host!

HOSTAL MILAGROS INN - samary inn is located in Puno, 400 metres from Puno Cathedral and 300 metres from Carlos Dreyer Museum. We had a super stay (total 1 week), everything very clean, big room, hot shower, good breakfast with fresh juice and super friendly and warm host - thank you!

Located in Huillanopampa, Taquile Lodge White Sand provides a garden. The property has garden and inner courtyard views. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Edwin was super helpful and caring so I could arrive the accomodation without any problem. Views were astonishing and the peace was out of this world. Food was nice too. They gave me a better room than the one I booked because they had it free for that night.

Situated in Amantani, AMANTANI LODGE LoveLand features a garden and a terrace. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. At the bed and breakfast, every unit comes with a wardrobe and a shared bathroom. I love whole atmosphere and host family. I had an experience like never before.

Featuring a garden and a terrace, Amantani Pachatata Lodge is located in Amantani. Certain rooms at the property include a balcony with a city view. Vidal and Sonia were great hosts! They picked us up at the port by motorbike, very nice trip around the island. The room has its own bathroom and toilet with hot water and they provide a heater for the night so we were not cold at all. They prepared lunch (quinoa soup and trout with rice and vegetables), diner (chicken with rice and vegetables) and breakfast (fried egg and pancakes) for 20 soles extra per meal per person which is extremely fair given that these were one of the best meals we had during our trip, home made by Sonia with fresh organic products.

Offering a garden and garden view, Uros Titicaca Khantaniwa Lodge is located in Puno, 5.9 km from Puno Port and 6 km from Bahia de los Incas Boardwalk. We had an incredible stay! The room is amazing with nice views on the lake and a second bed on the terrace to chill during the day. Leo took us on a tour around the islands with his boat which was really interesting and when we left Leo and his wife also gave us handmade necklaces as a farewell present. Everybody was so kind and welcoming we couldn't recommend more to stay here. They also offer kayaking and tours to Taquile island.

Clean, comfortable and Liz was so helpful! She helped us get hot water when there was none, taxi, and pizza delivery. Plus they had tv and HBO.
