This is a great place if you want to be near the Balaton but want peace and quiet, and if you don't like hotels. I came for 3 nights, one day holiday and one day working from the room - connections were fine, and there were no problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa room is a nice bonus after a day's cycling. The owners have a small winery and the Olasz Riesling is really good

We had a chat with the owner who was very friendly and told us the story of how Villa Salve came into existence. There is a lot of passion work in this place.
