Clean, comfortable hotel a short walk from the beach. You do have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach. No breakfast is served, but there is a kitchen available to use and a nice shaded courtyard. A nice cafe is right down the street.

Situated just 5.8 km from Ali and Nino Monument, Guest House Koba features accommodation in Batumi with access to a casino, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Easy checkin process. Great central location and has secure parking. Our apartment was bigger than we expected with a big bathroom, fridge and washing machine. Clean, peaceful and good value for money. We would stay again.

Offering city views, Guesthouse Next to beach is an accommodation set in Batumi, 500 metres from Batumi Beach and 2.7 km from Ali and Nino Monument. This property is amazing. Location is about 5min walk next to the beach front and Dolphinarium. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Hosts are also very nice and helpful. We had to leave property in a deep night and owner woke up and helped us to book a taxi. His wife is also very kind and smiling woman who cares about the cleanliness every day. Room was clean, comfortable with private bathroom with toilete. Balcony was also super. A/C was working for 100%. This property is very good value to stay. I recommend absolutely.

Maria was a great host who went out of her way to make my stay very welcoming and enjoyable. I had the very large double room where the sun streamed in each morning. The house is in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood about 20 minutes walk to the centre of Kutaisi. One suggestion: attach the shower to the wall and put up a shower curtain so the shower water doesn't flood the whole bathroom.
