The Sandy Pod is situated in Stornoway. With free private parking, the property is 30 km from Callanish Standing Stones and 4.3 km from Museum Nan Eilean. Everything is in this pod including a stove. It was just the right size for one person and is not as cramped as you might think compared to some of the old houses converted into hotels throughout Scotland. Everything was just fine and very comfortable. the owners even let me use the washing machine and dryer.
