Super cute room, very clean, windows well insulated (which I find rare in Brighton), heating, comfy bed, great location and lovely host!

A Room With A View is situated in Kemp Town, on Brighton’s seafront. The Grade II listed Georgian building offers parking and free Wi-Fi. Room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Location was really good, being not far from Brighton pier and City centre. Staff were excellent. Parking was available for each room. Tandem arrangement had to be juggled but it was not an issue. I liked this place and would definitely return.

The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa is a luxury grade II, boutique hotel offering bright rooms with free WiFi and a great central location, just a minutes’ walk from the beach. Room was cute and spacious! So many nice touches - plush bedding, great service by staff, it was beautiful

The bolt is located in Newhaven, 14 km from Brighton Marina, 16 km from Brighton Pier, and 16 km from The Royal Pavilion. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The owners are the best couple you could ever meet. They are friendly and helpful with tons of information. I would definitely go back there during my next trip.

Our host, Paul, was very thoughtful and well organized. He constantly kept in touch with us during our stay, asking if we needed a refill of our refreshments or wanted any recommendations for dining/ drinks. He recommended us a lot of lovely places with good food and entertainment that we enjoyed multiple times during our stay. The room is also very lovely/ modern. There is a window on the ceiling above the bed where you can watch the starts at night :).

Located in Uckfield, 19 km from Glyndebourne Opera House, Trading Boundaries provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Everything all staff very friendly room was lush, nice breakfast all round great will be visiting again

Seaview Sanctuary is located on the seafront in Eastbourne, 200 metres from Eastbourne Beach and less than 1 km from Eastbourne Pier. Breakfast was available for a small fee and it was simple but very good. There were a few options to choose from. Coffee was great, too :)

Located within 41 km of Eurotunnel UK and 44 km of Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park in Rye, Magnolia House, Rye features accommodation with seating area. Me and my friend stayed at Magnolia House for 2 nights and everything was perfect. The house is located very close to the train station and to the city center. Javed, the host, and his staff are really nice people, friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable (pillows and mattress are amazing!), same for the bathroom with a big shower box. The entire house is eco-sustainable. Breakfast was just something else! You can help yourself with several fruit juices, tea, coffe, home-made yogurt (addicting!!!), bread, cereals, home-made marmalade, fruits and so on, while they will cook you what you can choose from their amazing menu. Dogs are welcome! Highly recommended! Definitely a 10 star option if you stay in lovely Rye!

Set in Hastings and only 1.1 km from Hastings Beach, Summerfields House offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is situated 1.4 km from St. Easy location to find, ample off-street parking, incredibly attentive and thoughtful hosts Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.
