The breakfast was very fresh and there were many options available to choose from, we even got fresh coffee and tea! Our room was super spacious and clean as well as the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The property is decorated with memorabilia from the previous owners but it feels like they have managed to keep a nice balance between the past and the present with more modern decoration, too. Overall, a great place to stay!

Stefano is a very nice and kind host. He helped us with good advice and made every effort to make us comfortable (even provided us with fruits for the train ride to Paris). The hotel is on a quiet street, 10 minute walk to city center and 2 minute walk from the interesting museum of the resistance.very clean .good coffee.

It's in a beautiful location and the house itself is amazing. It's been renovated but the owners have managed to modernise it without losing any of it's character.

It was like having your own apartment! We arrived for the evening and didn’t need to go anywhere. Lyn cooked us a delicious meal which we enjoyed in our spacious room. When then watched a film on the very large TV and snuggled down for the night in the very comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely eggs, cheese, ham, bread, croissants etc. Everything was spotlessly clean and well thought through. A perfect stopover on our way from Calais to the south of France.

Maison Les Berrys is run by a lovely couple. They made us feel really welcome.The dinner they made for us was really delicious and also the breakfast was more then good. You can tell they enjoy receiving guests and pampering them.

Perfect place for our stopover as we head home to the UK from the Pyrenées. 5 minutes off the E9 but you'd never know. Luxurious! Five⭐️! Lovely welcome from Jocylene and Jacque. Beautiful breakfast too! The little village also has a Carrefour so we were able to shop for tonight's meal which is important for us as we like to picnic French style with a bottle of good Bubbly! Offering a garden and quiet street view, La grande Maison is situated in Donzenac, 13 km from Brive Exhibition Centre and 13 km from Brive Media Centre. Excellent! We were made exceptionally welcome by Michelle and Serge and the stay was fantastic for us. Not far from the motorway, with an amazing view, the house is stunning. Everything is thought of for a perfect stay. Comfortable bed, good lighting, little thoughtful gestures in the room. Modern and sleek bathroom, big shower and everything to hand. The icing on the cake was eating a wonderful, copious breakfast with the doors open and the sun shining in from the terrace overlooking the valley. We had a lovely stay and would thoroughly recommend. As for the 'difficult' parking mentioned in earlier reviews, if you drive along past the house there's a parking bay on your left, avoiding any difficulty.
