Also, Amalie knew plenty about local history. My plane wasn't till late on the last day and I was made to feel welcome until the afternoon in spite of check out time being 11.00 am.

I was the only guest at the time and got down to a really cute setting, with freshbaked bread and big variety of things to choose from. Clear that the owner had put alot of love into the breakfast.

Carol was the perfect host and could not have been more accommodating. We had a wonderful stay in a calm a peaceful setting. Wonderful bed and facilities. Will definitely be back

Very light and spacefull, nicely decorated barn with small kitchen. Breakfast was very tasty. Very friendly people. If you appreciate a quiet place in à green area, this is something for you!

Located just 3.4 km from Elia Sculpture, Den Japanske Have B & B provides accommodation in Herning with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. The property is located a little outside Herning in a quiet residential area. The rooms (I have stayed there twice) are fantastic and excitingly decorated. Everything feels brand new and everything is in top condition and perfectly clean. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The breakfast room is adjacent to the fantastic Japanese garden outside. The breakfast is good and you can have breakfast very early in the morning, which is not possible in all hotels. All in all, you feel very much at home and you sleep well because everything is so quiet around you. Nearby there is a supermarket and a kebab restaurant which are perfectly fine. There are probably more that I haven't discovered, but you can get by with these two shopping places and it's not far to Herning.
