Boasting a shared lounge and views of sea, Hanlon Guest House is a recently renovated guest house situated in Stanley, 400 metres from Godfreys Beach. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air.

With a private bathroom, units at the guest house also feature free WiFi, while some rooms have a balcony. I slept here for ten hours straight! It was incredibly quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the penguin viewing spot. The internet connection is great, and I could log into Netflix on the TV to watch shows.

Also her bread pudding and fresh scones with jam and whip cream was delicious. Nina was a wonderful host that made sure your stay was comfortable. She even had a small dish of ice in the freezer she would fill for us to use in our drinks. The beds were great, room quiet, and curtains that made it nice and dark for sleeping. House has great charm, history and beautiful gardens.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. The location of the property is just right next to the Tasman highway and is located right next to Bicheno Blowhole. The property is been taken a good care by Carolyn. Such a comfortable place to stay. Cleanliness of the place is great.

Followed the recommendation to stop at Mount Jukes lookout near Queenstown for spectacular views.
