This is a very nice hotel, very clean, very beautiful location. The staff is very helpful. It is far from Ksamil and perfect for anyone looking for a quiet holiday. It is very close to three different hidden beaches (you can only drive to these beaches, and it is a little tricky drive) that are very clean compared to the Ksamil city center. We will definitely stay here again.

Located in Ksamil and only 700 metres from Ksamil Beach, Villa Luan Ksamil provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. What a fantastic stay! Villa Luan was spotless and well-maintained, and the location couldn't have been more perfect—just a few minutes walk to the beach, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet at night. The owner is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and have everything we need. Since our arrival it was clear they really care about their guests' experience. I can’t recommend this place enough because it has surpassed any expectations we had. We look forward to getting back next year or even faster.

Hotel Villa Adrian features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Ksamil, 400 metres from Bora Bora Beach. With garden views, this accommodation provides a balcony. I was there for one night stay in december the room was cold when we entered but after using the ac tepmerature was ok . the breakfast area was closed for the winter time so we got room breakfast ,i would say breakfast was what you pay for.

The location is very central. 5 min walk to the beach, 3 min walk from super market. Park spaces are granted for every apartment. Wi Fi is perfect. The owners are very very friendly, they speak a little bit english (there is google translate for this purpose ;) ), but the basic communication is there and they are ready to help all the time. It is very clean and cozy. At the apartment is everything you need for your stay. The included breakfast was way much than expected (Eggs, cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, bread, coffee and orange juice and for the sweet lovers - pancake with chocolate dressing)! I will come again for sure and can only recommend this family villa to the others!

We loved everything about this accommodation - from outstanding cleanliness and a marvelous pool to the unbelievably kind and welcoming hosts and the peaceful location, everything was absolutely perfect. The breakfasts provided in the mornings were delicious, the aircon and WiFi worked perfectly, the balconies provided stunning views, and the hosts really went above and beyond to make this stay perfect for us. Despite the remote location, the accommodation is within 20 minutes walk to many delicious restaurants and handy shops. Don't hesitate to book your stay here, you will love it.
