Boasting a garden and views of sea, SEA & LAKE VIEW VILLA is a recently renovated guest house situated in (( Kalive Gjoka )), less than 1 km from Pasqyra Beach. The host is very polite and helpfull. The last day of our vacation, we had to leave early, she arranged early breakfast for us. It was like staying at our own home. While leaving, she gave an albanian wine as a present. I surely recommend the hotel.

Located in Ksamil and only 700 metres from Ksamil Beach, Villa Luan Ksamil provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The room was super clean. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. We stayed there for 4 days and they offered to clean the room and change the bed sheets on second day. We asked for a kettle and they provided it in an hour. The bathroom was very clean and everything was new. They even washed our clothes. We are already looking forward to coming next year.

The landlords are great people, a young couple who try their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had a stay with breakfast and were very satisfied; each morning it changed a bit, which was great. The amenities in the room were excellent, although the bed was a bit hard for us, but that's a matter of personal taste. They cleaned every two days, which is excellent. There was also no problem with parking, the owners are really nice. The beaches were really just a short walk away, a maximum of 10 minutes. Overall, it's a great place to spend a vacation for a couple or a family with children.

Apartments managed by a lovely family, who made us feel very welcomed. The parking spot, breakfast and sparkling clean room made our stay very comfortable. Recommended!

Situated within 1.3 km of Heaven Beach and 1.7 km of Mango Beach, Villa La Quiete - Adults only provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ksamil. the property was lovely with a beautiful pool, great homemade breakfast, and gorgeous location. Although it is a drive from the city center, there is a bus stop located close and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. We loved Heaven Beach (a short and beautiful walk from the villa) as well as visiting Ksamil. The hosts were very kind and treat you as family. The long list of rules ensure that the B&B is run smoothly and should not impact your stay.

They helped us with anything we needed. The location is good. It was quiet and close to the beach. They have air conditioning and hot water. I recommend.

Sve sobe sadrže TV s kabelskim programima.... The apartment was lovely, clean, and well organized. The location and breakfast were excellent. The owners/staff were friendly hosts.
