Very nice cozy little apartment located in the silent part of Kerkrade. The owners are extremely nice and friendly. The breakfast offered is very rich and will satisfy any taste. Although the apartment is really small, it has everything you might need - fully equipped kitchenette with coffee-machine, showers, TV and isolated sleeping area in the 2nd level.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by Ed and Frans. The place is warm and cozy with a very familiar vibe, as if I was staying at a family friends house. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and even made me a packed lunch to go to work with the next day because I was leaving early for work and missed the breakfast. I also had the Schnitzel dinner which was amazing. I would for sure go back here and reccomend anyone else to stop in whether it's for a night or just a meal.to check out the vibe.

Perfect place to stay while visiting the Limburg area. Late check-in was very well facilitated too. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and served in a bright and open dining area. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the future. Just one thing to note - we stayed in the double room, and there is no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom. Nevertheless, there is a partition that can be put in place to separate the rooms. And if you're a runner, there are some great running locations nearby too once you cross the A76.
