We enjoyed the location - easy access to local restaurants and events yet quiet and peaceful away from the roads and crowds. Georgio made us feel very welcome and his wife was very helpful with interpreting and making dinner reservations. The villa itself was historic and full of character yet with modern conveniences. Wifi worked well.

    Lovely hotel in centre of a small town - easy access to and from the autostrada. The room was a bit dated, but was clean and quiet. The bathroom was small but adequate for 1 night. Breakfast was ample and varied, with lots of choice.

    If you like these old style hotels, with analog phones to call the reception, with tranquil room colors and with very comfortable beds as I do, this hotel is for you. As a bonus comes also the excellent breakfast from their Michelin restaurant. There is a possibility to park the car nearby.

    It should be 5 star hotel. Place is fantastically done up and have luxury feel through out the full experience. I don’t normally leave feedback but this place is really something special. Owner is attention to detail specialist and super friendly and price was great value to. Big thanks and highly recommended 🙏

    Located in the city center, restaurants, shops are in walking distance. Good location to explore nearby cities (Bologna, Modena, Reggio Emilia, etc.) or car museums (Ferrary, Lamborghini, Pagani, Ducati, Maserati) if you are a fan of them 😀. The breakfast was good and the staff is friendly.
