Excellent breakfast. Lots of variety and very tasty to boot. The room was a really good size, had comfortable beds, tasteful and inviting decor and was spotlessly clean. The lights flickered a little but that is not unexpected with rural properties in Italy. The downstairs reception, common area and breakfast area were lovely. We got a taxi into Bolgheri which worked out at 45 euros there and back in total but it was worth every penny as we had spend hours riding our bikes in biblical levels of rain.

very kind and supporting staff ( early check in too) ... grazie Silvia everything just perfect: very close to Bolgheri center and the sea shore quite and clean backyard pool no dog barking and owner shouting orders(No pets allowed) really appreciated :-)

    Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again! The room had a private yard where they served our breakfast! The swimming pool and the Hot tub/Jacuzzi were just in front of the room. We were staying outside of the active season so we could relax and enjoy the tranquility. The hotel is situated near many wineries and is surrounded by vines! This is what we would call - la dolce vita!

    The fact that it was on a great location for visiting wineries and quiet at night. Plus I liked being able to buy a cup of coffee from the machine and but mineral water there too was very convenient.

    great location near all the wineries, and a stone's throw from the beach, but on a quiet road and an oasis of tranquillity. Lovely gardens and pool. Spotlessly clean, hardwood floors (great if you have allergies) and a quiet efficient aircon unit. Loved the little attention to detail (espresso coffee machine in the room as well as kettle and tea; anti-mosquito plug with tabs provided), which we used and had no problems with mosquitoes. The owner gave us good advice on local eateries, and both places we chose in the end were excellent.
