Very good location of the hotel – in a peaceful, quiet and wooded part of Bellaria, 500 meters walk from the beach. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area (we recommend those that are not in the very center). It is worth renting the hotel's underground car park (the car will not warm up in the Italian sun all day). Very friendly staff in the hotel.

Host was very helpful and kind (even making for us reservation to restaurants and in day when we leaving he was wakeup at 5.30 AM and make for us morning coffee). Amazing quiet garden on backyard for night feasts For breakfast he was bringing us tomatoes from his own garden and make amazing coffee. I recommend with all my heart. Cipriano, Grazie mille :)

The guesthouse is located in a quiet part of the town of Bellaria-Igea Marina, the breakfast is quite sufficient, the staff is pleasant and attentive, there is enough space to park the car. You can use the common refrigerator on the ground floor of the building.

The garden is a great place to chill, and the apartment has everything you need—clean, comfy, and well-equipped, private parking is also available. The hosts were super helpful. It’s a great pick if you want a spot that’s cozy but close to everything.
