We thought the property was amazing with a great room overlooking the beck comfortable bed which is a bonus as we have had some really bad ones. The food was exceptional, the staff were so helpful and friendly and the price was such a good deal over Christmas. We will be back.

A lovely property, clean and cosy. We stayed for 2 nights and would love to have stayed longer. A short walk to the local pub and lots of lovely walks to choose from. Hannah the host was very welcoming, the food was excellent and we’ll definitely be back.

Recently changed ownership but still up to the high standards. Nothing’s changed and neither did it need to. New owners are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cooked options as well as cereal, toast, orange juice, tea and coffee. Had an evening meal in the restaurant which was superb, great range of drinks too. Will be staying here again.

    The cottage is like narnia, much bigger of the inside. really clean and lovely owners. great location, right next to a lovely walk for the dog and it felt very private. Also it was so peaceful and quiet at night.
