We loved everything about this property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, bed extremely comfortable. The shower amazing.
Our evening meal was delicious as was our breakfast. The price for our room & meals was very reasonable. Staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. It was in a lovely quiet location not far from the main town of Harrogate. We are planning on staying there again on our way back from Scotland.

Very warm welcome.
Had an excellent evening meal served by a lovely waitress.
Breakfast was superb and set us up for the day.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Great location slightly outside the city center but still easily accessible. Large lawn, and park right next door. Beautiful old rambling building, lots of seating in the pub/restaurant area. King size bed was definitely king size, and the mattress was very comfortable. Clean, very functional bathroom with enough space to place our toiletries. Nice armchairs by the corner window looking out to lush trees.
The room was spacious and well appointed with some nice touches (including a basket of fresh fruit, which was very welcome after a long drive). It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super king-size and very comforable. Although we only stayed for one night, we enjoyed our stay and especially an excellent breakfast. Overall the Old Coach House is an excellent place to stay to explore the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorks Moors. We can also recommend the nearby Stavely Arms for evening meals.
excellent staff great location comfy room private secure parking o truly great full english and the cherry on top a great pint of taylors landlord perfection
Great location quiet and easy access to Ripon. Comfy beds. Character cottage with beams. Small private back garden not overlooked.
Spacious walk in shower.
Lovely room in a quiet private courtyard behind the pub. The room is no frills and basic but had everything you might need, the bed was comfy and the room immaculately clean. Friendly staff. A short walk into the city centre. Does what it says, what's not to like. Worth another visit if we are in the city again
