The room was clean and well organized. It had a wonderful bathroom with a large tub and a separate shower. All well done and modern . The breakfast was terrific. We were catered to every need. Everything was cooked to order and we'll prepared.

The location was excellent, very cute area to enjoy the scenery, and the morning view was beautiful. The room was spacious, I travelled with my mom and we did like having our own separate bedrooms. The decor was done really well, it was very cute and a cozy feeling in our rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding was clean and comfortably. We were also happy to have our own bathroom.

The guest house was easy to find and there was parking nearby on the road. The double room was a decent size with a small en-suite. The room was clean and there was a kettle, fridge and microwave. There was also plenty of storage. It was in a quiet area.

What great luck to have booked Barns for our stay in Ayr! Our room and bath were comfortable and spotless - but the highlight was the gorgeously equipped kitchen and the pleasant dining room. We had a lovely evening taking a break from pub food and takeaways, enjoying our own supper - and breakfast!
