The location was brilliant as can easily walk to train (approx 600m), Citta Vecchio, shopping malls, and promenade. Room was spacious, clean, and air conditioned (highly recommend at this time of year). Breakfast was simple but delicious with cold meat and cheese, bread, fresh fruit, cereal, jams, and of course, pastries collected daily by Magda from the bakery. Magda will make your coffee for you too. Overall, we loved this B&B and if we ever return to Bari, would definitely stay here again.

It was a great location near the city centre, old city and also Bari Centrale. The host was so helpful and nice, give us clear instructions and very nice tips. Also checked on us just to make sure that we have all that we need. Definitely, we will stay here when we come back to Bari.

The apartments are managed by Francesco, who was super helpful during our stay – in fact at one point, when our luggage had not arrived with our flight, he drove half-way to Brindisi Airport to collect it so we would get it faster than the airline’s delivery service. Iris Apartments are highly recommended for anyone staying in Monopoli as a base for visiting Puglia.
