The rooms are so clean and it has everything that we need. he gives us fresh towels evereyday and he cleans the room. if i want to describe in one word : fantastic stay

Gem of a person. So cooperative and friendly. The property has its parking,pool , its super clean and the services are also very good. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. It's very close to the beach and was worth and value for money. We were 2 gals and felt very safe in the property. Definitely recommended..

CALANGUTE BEACH ROAD asub Calangutes, 600 meetri kaugusel Calangute rannast. Kohapeal on tasuta jalgrattad, tasuta WiFi-ühendus, concierge ning privaatne sisse- ja väljaregistreerimine. The room was clean, huge and spacious, it was cleaned every day (you can also opt not to have the room cleaned). The balcony receives a lot of sun without getting too warm (we visited in January). The hosts and caretakers were very kind and accomodating. A superb place to stay if you're in North Goa.

Tubades on külmkapp. Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Casa Margarida is a beautiful place! Totally exceeded our expectations! The apartment is clean and spacious. Easy to find and not too far from the beach. We could walk to the beach and back at anytime of the day/evening. The host, Lavino, was welcoming and kind. He made our stay super comfortable. I recommend it!
