Situated among olive trees and with direct access to a quiet beach, it feels very close to nature yet super comfortable. The little beach restaurant serves tasty food and offers kayak and SUP rentals. We can’t judge what it’s like during peak season, but in October everything was very peaceful. The mobile homes feel new and we’re absolutely spotless. Compared to other mobile homes, these ones feel higher quality with well-insulated walls. The kitchen was also equipped above standard.

Hello, I was very happy to be a guest at the Appartment. The lady, who owned this place is really warm-hearted. They lend me our own bycicles to explore the island and even drove me to the ferry port, cause I came with public transport. Generosity withouth borders. I would definetly recommend it. During my exploration of the island, would recommend Kukljica on the south. Several bars, reastaurants, and beaches with pine trees which preserves nice shadows. Otherwise lots of unspoiled nature, at the shore, you can definetly find quiet places if you are looking for.

The view from the balcony was incredible, also the hosts were extremely helpful and hospitable. The pool area was fantastic, had everything you needed.

Hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed on the Adriatic, and I’ve been exploring the Croatian coast for 20 years… A gorgeous old house, so cozy and comfy, beautifully decorated by the owner (who is an amazing person btw, very nice to talk to, very accomodating). The house is equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation, the kitchen is huge and new, the dining and living rooms are also very big, you have a full bathroom and another toilet on the 1st floor. The bedrooms are also huge, with large comfy beds - and each has their own AC unit. You even have a smart TV! Not that you’ll need it, because you have an amazing courtyard to enjoy the whole day, because there’s always at least a part of it in shade. And you have an outdoor shower which is great for hot summer days. The house is perfectly placed, in a quiet street, but close to the city centre (5min walk max) and close to the public beach (2min walk). We definitely recommend, and will be coming back next year! :)

Com vista do jardim, o Apartmani Niko oferece acomodações com jardim e varanda, a menos de 1 km da Praia Zelena Punta. This property is brand new! I think we were the first guests at this apartement. It is well maintained and if you find anything else needed - Gabriela is a message/call away and promptly responds. Internet is great, there is a balcony with the view… but guests can also use rooftop terrace which has umbrellas, huge table and great view - so if you are a group renting more than one apartment - great place to hang out. Also, there is covered outdoor kitchen with everything you may need for a good barbecue. I found it very thoughtful that they had oil, some beer in the fridge, coffee and spices available, particularly since we arrived on a non-working day.
