wonderful accommodation ; beautiful view of ocean and sunrise from our bed. spacious. hosts are lovely people , informative and accommodating . place is a bit tricky to find but well worth the effort. Short walk to city center and great restaurants. Will stay here everytime we come to Napier or Hawkes Bay. book well in advance though - they stay busy. Can't say enough how we enjoyed it.

Absolutely fabulous! This is the best B&B in which we have stayed in 35 years of travel! So many extras; it was such a pleasure to find one treat after another! They use local NZ products which are wonderful. The fresh cake or cookies every day were top quality. Little appetizers at 5pm with wine if desired. A plethora of non-alcohol beverages available, great snacks in the room. Amazing bathroom amenities. Large, spacious, very well appointed rooms. A perfect location. The hosts could not have been kinder nor more helpful. I’d give them a 20 out of 10 if I could.

Good location (only wish weather had been nicer for a walk on the beach), lovely room, overnight parking available nearby for reasonable fee. Bedding & pillows A , and blackout shades were helpful. Loved hearing the waves break from our room and pleasantly surprised at minimal street noise.
