The accommodation offers room service, and organising tours for guests. There's nothing not to like. However the prices of food at the restaurant and things like Spa had gone up since the last time. That was definitely disappointing. Other than that it was great. The staff took such great care of my son when we said he was feeling a little sick. They played with him whenever we went for breakfast or lunch or dinner.

The staff were very helpful especially Karol and David, who helped us with anything we needed. The breakfast was a la carte and the meals were very filling and delicious. Our room was very spacious and clean. The aroma of the linen and towels will definitely stick with us! Our room also had a spectacular view of the town, ocean and an incredible sunset. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Phu Quoc!

My room was large clean and the bed was so comfortable. Shower hot and refreshing .The 2 ladies at front of house were fantastic so caring and helpful happy wonderful people. All the team were friendly and polite I didn’t want to leave but I will decently return.
