The Homestead is a high quality B & B with very accommodating hosts. The rooms are very comfortable and all have record players which was fun to play a few a few old albums. The interior design and furnishings made for a very homely and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was very nice after our morning walk to the beach. It’s a shame our stay was so brief, 2 or 3 nights would have been ideal. Thanks Ray and Susanna for your welcome and hospitality.

The little touches…..glasses in the kitchen, plentiful coffee, cheese and wine happy hour, baked cookies in the evening. Great breakfast. Our fireplace and balcony were lovely. Separate bath and shower… could keep going…how they remembered us from 18 months ago.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Sunset Cove is set in East Hampton. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. This is such a wonderful home on lake Pocotopaug. We are almost afraid to give a review because we enjoyed our stay so much, and we are sure we will be coming back again and we don’t want too many people to know how good it is because it won’t be available then. The house has a beautiful view to the lake, especially nice is the upper deck. The house is equipped with canoes and kayaks, and you can swim from the dock. The kitchen has everything you need or want, including a lovely dinner table with view to lake. Kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, oven and there is also a gas grill just out the door. Basic items for cooking like salt, pepper, spices, sauces are also provided, which is very convinient. Multiple TVs and Alexas in almost every room and even one on the porch outside. Everything is very clean and modern. The coffee/tea corner has everything including a nice Nespresso machine. There are also plenty of towels provided, also a washing maschine and dryer is available. The host Kris makes you very welcome , and in their welcome book you find everything about the house, places to eat , things to do. We hope to come back soon.

Absolutely what I was looking for, Walk out the backdoor to the beach for morning coffee, sunning, swimming or a walk along the shore. Quiet neighborhood, The house was clean and provided all the amenities I needed.

Beachy Bay Breeze Bungalow 2BR with parking and close to many amenities. Good location! Very close to the beaches, restaurants and stores. You can walk to many things and not have to constantly drive. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood safe.

Located in East Haven, 10 km from City Hall and 10 km from Thimble Islands, Cozy Beach - Direct Waterfront! offers a private beach area and air conditioning. This beach home was located directly on Long Island Sound. Although an older home, the kitchen was newly renovated as well as a huge deck that spanned the front of the house. Certainly in the warmer months, you would spend your time on that beautiful deck. However, we were there in late November in cooler weather and the home heat was excellant making the house cosy. The beds were comfy and the front bedroom has a wall of windows facing the water thus providing a lovely view. Also, conveniently we had access to a washer and dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together there for a few days over Thanksgiving. Fortunately, this place was dog friendly allowing our sweet dog to join us.

Newly Renovated Carriage House Near Town & Beaches, a property with a terrace, is located in Madison, 34 km from City Hall, 36 km from Yale University, as well as 37 km from Goodspeed Opera House. Very comfortable. Well stocked. Nice decor. Very convenient location. Great area.
