I also loved the conference room upstairs where I could get work done early in the morning and later in the evening without disturbing anyone in my dorm. Very comfortable beds too and the staff were very helpful. It's right on the circular "AP" bus line which runs between the port -> train station -> airport - which is super convenient and very easy to figure out!

The rooms are very nice. The location is perfect. Close to the water and walking distance to the old town. Customer service is excellent. The ladies at the front desk, Gioia and Adriana, went above and beyond. They made restaurant reservations, gave us recommendations about sights and other towns in Puglia, and were an absolute joy to deal with. When we checked in Gioia sat us down at the bar to have a cappuccino (deliciously made) while the valet was parking our car in the garage that belongs to the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel, and strongly recommend it to everyone who is looking to stay in Monopoli.

Super special location, setting and property. Friendly staff. Everything was thought out and delivered upon. Loved the included breakfast of local products and great coffee.

Unamura is a very nice residence located in an old building in heart of Nardo fully refurbished. Everything was perfect, cleanness, room facilities (room with a jacuzzi on the terrasse), intimacy, and staff very friendly, very responsive at all our requests. They waited us with a welcoming package, what was very nice from their side. We had breakfast included, which was brought to our room every morning. A breakfast so rich as we asked to remove some foods because we couldn't eat all and it would have been a pity to waste food.

It was a wonderful stay; the entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The property is beautiful, and you can feel the care in every detail. The room was super clean, and the bedding had a lovely scent. We would definitely return.

Attention to detail at its finest. This lovely apartment is clean, comfortable, and well located. Close to the train station and old town. Beautiful design, tastefully appointed, and so much delicious food in the fridge and cupboard. What an amazing host!! Everything is so well presented, even the amazing lighting!!
