It was clean, spacious & well stocked with toiletries, towels & a variety of foods for a self serve breakfast, such as coffee, tea, yoghurt, & sweet biscuits & pastries. The location was just a short walk from the bus stop & the road along the canal with lots of restaurants & shops. As a single female traveler I felt very secure. I was allowed an early check in. I appreciated the transfer to the airport at only 10€ - less than half the normal taxi rate. I will definitely stay here the next time I use the Rome Airport.

A very nice lady host who didn't mind to wait for our arrival late in the night. Very comfortable and quiet room and a good Italian breakfast.

There even was a selection of snacks, and they offer an airport pickup which will be cheaper than any Uber or taxi. 10/10

So beautiful, cozy, elegant, clean place! The cinema art at the walls are amazing. I felt as a 70's, 80's decades. So vintage and great decoration. All was perfect. It was a good point to rest with quality in my trip around Italy. The guest is so kind and offer many beverages and others confortable things included in the payment of the room. I would like that every place would be like that....,

Location was perfect in the middle of medivale part of town. Angela was super sweet and welcoming, helped us with recommendations on anything we asked and was flexible with both check-in and out! There was even a little welcome basket with goodies for us and water in the fridge plus spare pillows! The room felt very luxurious and it even has a washing machine which was very convenient. Close to the harbour where you could go for a quick dip or a boat tour. Parking permit and ZTL permit was included which was very convenient. 10/10!

Private and secure. Near the water. Had bicycles available. Great directions for checking in. They even arranged for a cab to pick me up at 3:30 in the morning and take me to the airport. Room is well appointed, and it was quiet. Excellent price.

Small private facility in an older building on a main central street. There are 4 rooms total, in a private apartment with a small entrance. The rooms have everything you need for a stay, very nice bathrooms, fridge, good air conditioner/heater the place is very clean. There is a spacious rooftop terrace where breakfast is served every morning. They set out a variety of breakfast foods with milk and an espresso machine that is self service. It is extremely well done with fresh pasteries.
