What makes it so special is that Shan and his team are amazing, the best host ever, so welcoming friendly and kind helping us to enjoy our stay in Kochi, arranging a taxi to pick us up from the airport and also organize our onward travel, sorting out taxis and our houseboat. We had a really fantastic time and highly recommend staying here.

All units at the hotel are equipped with a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box. We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful ( especially Sagar who served us every morning breakfast with a smile ) and Alsam the hotel manager. Perfect spot overlooking the beach and the best sunsets from the terrace ! Just a 15 min walk to the cliffs with shops and restaurants ( although prob too dark to do at night so took an easy tuk tuk ride!! The restaurant was great and so so cheap ! We didn’t want to leave
