The Southern Belle is a 19th century relaxed luxury boutique hotel and popular public bar with cocktail lounge, offering accommodation adjacent to the Brighton seafront. This is the first time in my life that a hotel looked even better in real life than in the photos. Everything was simply superb. The staff was incredibly kind, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. There’s a pub on the ground floor, but it’s perfectly quiet in the rooms. Overall, it was an amazing and wonderful experience.

The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa is a luxury grade II, boutique hotel offering bright rooms with free WiFi and a great central location, just a minutes’ walk from the beach. Room was cute and spacious! So many nice touches - plush bedding, great service by staff, it was beautiful

Central ensuite guest unit with free on-street parking is located in Brighton & Hove, 2.6 km from Brighton Beach, 1.4 km from Preston Park, and 1.9 km from Brighton railway station. Our host, Paul, was very thoughtful and well organized. He constantly kept in touch with us during our stay, asking if we needed a refill of our refreshments or wanted any recommendations for dining/ drinks. He recommended us a lot of lovely places with good food and entertainment that we enjoyed multiple times during our stay. The room is also very lovely/ modern. There is a window on the ceiling above the bed where you can watch the starts at night :).

Fairlight Cove, a property with a bar, is located in Fairlight, 39 km from Eastbourne Pier, 10 km from Camber Castle, as well as 22 km from Great Dixter. The Cove delighted me with thoughtful touches like the in-room Guide and Vertuo coffee machine. The immaculate cleaning and the town's charm, with easy access to scenic walks in Rye and Hastings, made it a perfect base for my cycling holiday. I also highly recommend the on site, fresh, delicious pub food. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Beautiful Garden Apartment in Leafy St Leonards 5 Mins to Beach offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Beautiful flat in a very quiet, attractive road in St Leonards on Sea. It’s minutes away from the gorgeous St Leonards gardens and seafront. The flat is very tastefully, comfortably and recently decorated. The beds, sheets and bedding are all good quality. All the soft furnishings feel brand new. The kitchen is really well designed and there are enough mugs for once. The view of the garden is really pretty from the French windows and it’s a good place to bird watch. A lot of thought has gone into what a visitor might need.
