A Room With A View is situated in Kemp Town, on Brighton’s seafront. The Grade II listed Georgian building offers parking and free Wi-Fi. The location and the view is worthy of everything. As it was our anniversary, they even gave us a little gift which was very thoughtful.

The Southern Belle is a 19th century relaxed luxury boutique hotel and popular public bar with cocktail lounge, offering accommodation adjacent to the Brighton seafront. The breakfast was great good quality ingrediants and set you up for the day. Staff were willing friendly and very community minded.

The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa is a luxury grade II, boutique hotel offering bright rooms with free WiFi and a great central location, just a minutes’ walk from the beach. The staff was incredible kind. Five stars for Adam and Nina! They make all the difference I will surely be back.

Fairlight Cove, a property with a bar, is located in Fairlight, 39 km from Eastbourne Pier, 10 km from Camber Castle, as well as 22 km from Great Dixter. The Cove delighted me with thoughtful touches like the in-room Guide and Vertuo coffee machine. The immaculate cleaning and the town's charm, with easy access to scenic walks in Rye and Hastings, made it a perfect base for my cycling holiday. I also highly recommend the on site, fresh, delicious pub food. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Situated in Bexhill and only less than 1 km from Bexhill Beach, Bexhill Luxury Sea Stay Flat 2 features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. A beautifully spacious, clean, welcoming, comfortable and stylish property. We were two couples and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were ideal. Appreciated the amenities too - soap, washing up liquid, tea, coffee etc. Another bonus was the ease of street parking - we parked right outside the flat. We booked as going to a concert at the De La Warr Pavilion which was a short walk away. Would definitely recommend.

Penthouse Suite, Central St Leonards, Sea View is set in St. Leonards, 800 metres from St. Good location, near to the sea. Very clean, spacious room with a large shower.
