The fridge, silverware, kitchen surfaces, bathroom were really clean and well taken care of. Fibre-optic inertnet allows connectivity even when the power is out (given that you bring your own power source to plug the router and optic terminal to). The landlord was really helpful. It is within 10 minute from the city center, which was totally fine for us.
