First of all, it's a perfect location - 2 minutes walk from where our bus arrived. And literally around the corner from the night market. Ness was very helpful and welcoming. He really takes care of us. And also organized us on a slow boat ticket to Laos which was very smooth. The rooms are clean and have powerful air conditioning.
